Before you write
- Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. Copy any red message exactly as it appears.
- A transaction link from the block explorer helps us find it quickly.
- Never send your recovery phrase, your private key or your password to anyone, including us. We will never ask for them.
Lost your password or recovery phrase?
Your wallet is encrypted on your device and we hold no copy of it. If you forget the password, you can restore the wallet from your recovery phrase. Without the phrase, nobody can recover it, including us.
